HOW TO CREATE A BUDGET

Budget.  Such a nasty word.  It means you can't do anything.  You can't go out to eat.  You can't grab that morning coffee.  You will become one of those dull, drab individuals that walks around channeling the spirit animal of Eeyore in your daily interactions telling everyone you cannot do a thing because you are on a budget.
